PressW is seeking a UX Designer to lead the end-to-end redesign of a healthcare scheduling platform used across web, mobile, and administrative workflows.
The role begins with research: auditing existing workflows, identifying user pain points, and partnering with product and customer-success teams. The designer will translate that research into a new design system, component library, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences.
Strong candidates have experience with complex workflow products, user research, accessibility, responsive design, usability testing, and close collaboration with engineers. Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, legacy-system modernization, or API-driven products is helpful.
This is a remote, United States-only position.
