Hospitable is hiring a Staff Product Designer to shape its software platform for short-term rental hosts and property managers. The designer will lead work from research and concept development through wireframes, prototypes, visual design, interaction design, and execution.
The role owns design quality across the platform, evolves a consistent design language, and uses data and customer feedback to improve the user journey. It works closely with company leadership, product, and engineering to set and deliver the product design vision.
Candidates should demonstrate senior SaaS product-design experience, excellent UI/UX craft, cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and an exceptional portfolio. Hospitable uses Figma and Whimsical and operates as a fully distributed company.
