Product Designer

Clutch is expanding its design team to improve lending and loan-application workflows for borrowers and credit-union employees. You’ll design end-to-end services across complex compliance and legacy-system constraints, bring research and data into roadmap decisions, partner with product and engineering, and help advance AI-assisted design and prototyping practices. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of product design experience in fintech, SaaS, or another workflow-heavy environment.
