garden3d is hiring a Head of Design to set and uphold the creative standard across its worker-owned collective of studios, products, communities, and media properties.
The role moves across brand identity, product interfaces, websites, case studies, launches, and multidisciplinary creative work. It will lead critique, develop a shared language for craft, collaborate with studio leaders and clients, and recruit and support exceptional creative talent.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual and product craft with the ability to guide designers, developers, editors, animators, and photographers across a diverse portfolio.
Remote and open worldwide, with a strong team presence in New York.
